The process feeds the metal sheet through a set of rollers that apply controlled pressure, causing the sheet to bend and form into the desired shape. Our CNC-controlled rolling equipment features a prebend capability, allowing for accurate edge forming prior to the rolling process and ensuring high levels of dimensional accuracy throughout. The rollers are adjusted to achieve varying degrees of curvature, allowing for a wide range of profiles and forms to be produced across both steel and aluminium plate.
