Our newly commissioned CNC laser cutting machines operate at up to 12kW, providing cutting capacity of up to 30mm in thickness across a broad range of materials.
Tube Laser Cutting
Our SOCO SLT-152-FIBER-3D 3kW tube laser is capable of cutting round, square, rectangular, oval, and 50+ different tube and profile shapes.
CNC Machining
We manufacture custom parts, tooling, and complete finished assemblies from raw material stock using CAD-driven CNC machines which include 3, 4 and 5-axis machining of a wide range of materials.
Robotic Welding
Our robotic welding cells, powered by Japanese Yaskawa MOTOMAN and Universal Robots technology, deliver consistent weld quality and faster cycle times than manual processes.
Automated Sheet Metal Folding
Our automated sheet metal folding process utilises Trumpf Trubend machines, eliminating manual variables and delivering increased throughput and consistent dimensional precision across every production run.
Sheet Metal Folding
We operate 6 CNC hydraulic press brakes, with capacity for components up to 6 metres in length and up to 220 tonnes of bending force.
Sheet Metal Plate Rolling
Sheet metal plate rolling involves the use of a rolling machine to shape a metal sheet into a cylindrical or conical form.

We apply high-durability powder coating using Dulux and Interpon product ranges, delivering a uniform, smooth surface finish.
