Turret Punching
For high precision & fast turnaround turret punching we use CAD designs fed to a combination laser/punching CNC machine. We can punch, engrave and even form to customers requirements.
CNC Precision Cutting
Metaltex CNC precise machine cutting services give anyone the ability to create custom parts from a variety of materials with complex, intricate designs that are impossible to do by hand.
CNC Machining
We can create custom parts, tooling or whole finished products from raw materials using precise machining process by employing CAD design fed to heavy duty CNC machines.
Robotic Welding
Welding with robots can deliver faster cycle times and consistent quality over manual welding. Metaltex uses the high performance Japanese Yaskawa MOTOMAN robotic welding cells.
CAD/CAM Prototype Design & Manufacture
We use highly advanced Radan CAD/CAM software to innovate new prototypes, improve on existing designs and to optimize our manufacturing process to high precision and time efficiency.
Automated Bending
Automated bending is a CNC manufacturing process where the variables of human operator and manual machinery are completely eliminated. At the same time productivity is multiplied and repeatable quality finish and precision is massively increased.
Sheet Metal Folding
We offer our clients Repetition Folding of up to 4.5 meters long, with folding tolerances less than .2 of a mm. We use 5 axis state of the art CNC hydraulic press brakes for precise sheet metal folding.
Sheet Metal Rolling
In our services we include cold rolling of sheet metal plates to all profiles and shapes, as well as cold section rolling of steel and aluminium profiles on a heavy duty turntable.
Powder Coating
We provide high quality powder coating using both Dulux and Interpon colors, ensuring high durability and perfectly smooth surface, as well as a wide palette of colors for the client to choose from.
Metal Polishing and Linishing
With our Polishing and Linishing process a product is given a perfect shine and smoothness, which in the eyes of the end buyer gives out the feel of quality fit and finish and irresistible not to buy.
