Metaltex is manufacturing heavy duty fully metal bodied hand sanitiser stations for professional or residential use. The Australian Designed & Manufactured dispenser stations are laser cut with CNC machines from steel plates and finished with scratch resistant powdercoated Textura Black or Stainless Steel. The quality of materials used provides lifetime durability with no plastic moving parts to wear out.
The in-house developed industrial design was done with the following priorities in mind:

- Minimize surfaces near the hand bottle area.
- Hands free operation with stainless steel foot pedal (hands free model).
- Easy accessibility for use and bottle dispenser replacement aka “Keyless”.
- Strong stability at the footing with 1L bottles mounted.
- Materials resistant to caustic and volatile chemicals.
- Full metal construction reducing vandalism.
- No mains power or batteries needed to operate.
