We apply high-durability powder coating using Dulux and Interpon product ranges, delivering a uniform, smooth surface finish. A full colour palette is available to meet specific client finish and branding requirements. To ensure the highest quality outcomes, we conduct periodic oven calibration through oven profiling. Post-cure MEK and cross-hatch adhesion tests, along with film thickness testing, are carried out on all items to verify correct curing and to maximise adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.
