Caravan Custom Aluminium Storage Lockers

Metaltex has a long-term partnership with Jayco Caravans. For this specific project Metaltex assisted in the design and manufacture of powdercoated aluminium storage lockers, The brief was to further increase the vehicles storage capacity as well as complimenting a great product. Finished product which utilized such processes as Laser cutting, Turret Punching, CNC Brake Pressing, TiG Welding and Powdercoating was well received as it also matched the existing tread plate side panels and body ground clearance was not compromised.

Heston’s Light Fittings

Metaltex was contracted by a leading Australian lighting company to custom manufacture two meter high light pendants for Heston’s new restaurant at Crown casino. The project was extremely intricate, however utilizing our state of the art CNC equipment, skilled fabricators, welders and in-house powdercoatline we produced a finished product that exceeded the quality expectations of our client. Overall a very pleasing result!
