A client reached out for our assistance in the design and manufacture of a custom oversized pump enclosure. The finished product manufactured from galvanized steel ulitized the following processes; Solidworks, Turret punching, laser cutting, CNC Brake Pressing, Mig welding, riveting, nutserting, powder coating, final assembly and inspection.

Deep Cycle Battery Lockers

A client reached out for our assistance in designing and manufacturing custom Aluminium battery power storage enclosures, which also housed an invertor and associated hardwear. The finished product manufactured ulitizing the following process; Solidworks, Turret punch, CNC Brake Press, Tig weld and final assembly and QA . Complete assembly was well received and volume production commeced after innitial prototpe was built and tested.

The prototype was well received and volume production commenced after initial prototype was built and tested.
